Guise Exhibit Policy

• Returns & Exchanges: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Size exchanges are allowed if the original product is returned undamaged. No items are final sale.

• Shipping Times:

  • Premade items fulfilled by Guise Exhibit: 1–4 business days for the earliest tracking movement (label creation).

  • Premade items fulfilled by print-on-demand partners (PodPartner, TapStitch, Printify): 5–7 business days for the earliest tracking movement (label creation).

• Sizing: Please check sizing charts on each product page before ordering. Double-check to avoid issues.

• Address Responsibility: Guise Exhibit is not responsible for packages returned due to insufficient or incorrect addresses. Customers are fully responsible for any reshipping costs.

• Lost or Stolen Packages: Guise Exhibit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact the shipping carrier directly for issues.
